I'm Candace.

 

I'm a wife and mother of 3 boys.

​

I've worked for 16 years in healthcare and climbed the corporate ladder where I found myself pushing the envelope of busy, wearing it as a badge of honor until my body pulled the emergency brake on me.

​

I finally hit burnout.

 

I lived with depression and anxiety for a year before making drastic changes in my career, my life and in my nutrition.

My journey started when

I hit my darkest moment and realized my mental health was suffering due to my current career.

I had low energy and no motivation to do the basic tasks.

I was tired all the time and didn't matter how much I slept.

I couldn't drag myself out of bed.

I wasn’t showing up as the mom or wife I wanted to be.

I didn’t want my kids to remember their mom lacking her spark and happiness.

My nutrition and self-care lacked, which showed up as a mental health disorder, leaky gut, inflammation and a TON of food sensitivities.

I knew something had to give and decided to take a Natural Nutrition diploma through CSNN.

Everything changed

Once I learned the foundations to support my own body which was in disarray. I took the steps to repair my gut, manage blood sugars, nourish my adrenals and decrease the stressors in my life (aka I realigned myself with my passions and stepped away from the career that burnt me out).

And I found my spark and joy again!!

Now I'm able to say yes to what lights me up!

I'm a huge believer that everything happens for a reason. Stepping down from the corporate ladder was the best decision for me as it has allowed my path to continue to unfold.

​

I empathize with those trying to juggle it all, often lacking the time and energy for self-care.

I've been there and now I help others who desperately need to reclaim their health and want to live a nourished life they desire.

My Philosophy

Everyone is unique and there is no cookie cutter approach to supporting optimal health.

 

I take a customizable approach specific to my client and work in a one to one environment.

 

This approach allows us to build a client-practitioner rapport where information is provided in manageable chunks and action items are attainable.

 

I focus on 5 core pillars which uncover root cause and provide support for the whole body.

 

I’ve used these pillars myself to go from burnout to nourished!
